Making Marketing Matter provides services in marketing, strategy, design and the building of digital solutions. The exact arrangements for an assignment are set out in advance in a quote or assignment confirmation.

Quotes are without obligation and valid for the period stated in them. An assignment comes into effect once it has been confirmed in writing or by email.

Rates and payment arrangements are set out per assignment. Invoices are paid within the term stated on the invoice.

A good result requires smooth collaboration. This means providing the necessary information and materials on time, and clear decision-making on both sides.

Making Marketing Matter delivers its services to the best of its knowledge and ability. Liability is limited to the amount charged for the assignment in question. Making Marketing Matter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Unless agreed otherwise, the rights to delivered work transfer to the client after full payment. Making Marketing Matter may use delivered work for its own promotion, unless other arrangements have been made about this.

Dutch law applies to all services and collaborations.
