Privacy Statement
Making Marketing Matter values your privacy. This statement explains which personal data is collected, why, and what happens with it.
Who processes your data
Making Marketing Matter B.V., contact address Johan Huizingalaan 763A, 1066 VH Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42095577. For questions about your data, contact Michael Michel at mike@makingmarketingmatter.com.
Which data and why
When you fill in the contact form, the data you provide yourself is processed: your first name, last name, optionally your organisation, your email address, optionally your phone number and your message. This data is used solely to get in touch with you and answer your question.
How long data is kept
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up contact. You can ask to have your data deleted at any time.
Who data is shared with
To make the contact form and email work, two service providers are used: Resend, for sending the emails, and Netlify, for hosting the website and processing form submissions. These parties process the data solely to deliver their service. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, only your email address is stored, and only after you confirm the subscription via the confirmation email (double opt-in). The address is used solely to send the newsletter and is processed for that purpose by Resend (EU region). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email; your address will then no longer be emailed.
Cookies
This website uses a functional cookie to remember your language choice. No consent is required for this, as the cookie is necessary for the site to work. See the cookie policy for more information.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its processing. To do so, send a message to mike@makingmarketingmatter.com. If you have a complaint about how your data is processed, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
